A magnificent Mallorcan ‘possessio’ with its beautiful courtyard and chapel making this a grand first impression of one of Europe’s best shows, on par with Vegas, during which we will pass a fabulous evening.
On arrival at Son Amar, your waiter will accompany you to your table where you will be served a delicious three-course dinner (below you can see the menu).
During the dinner the Son Amar orchestra will set the mood and you will be serenaded by the big band and a singer. And then after dinner the Fusion show will begin: a show that will leave you wide eyed with amazement at the variety of renowned artists that will dazzle you throughout the evening: modern ballet, acrobatics, flamenco of the highest level, humour, contortionists, flying dancers, music… together with an amazing multicolour laser light show and the latest sound technology.
At the end of the show we are invited to step outside to the new terrace where the last part of the show takes place in a unique finale of lights, fountains and music, bringing the close of the show to an unforgettable crescendo.

Gold Menu
Appetiser: Bread with tomato, Spanish Ham and cheese.
Starter: Vegetable quiche with crispy parmesan, tomato and mozzarella.
Main Course: Pork tenderloin with “Tumbet” (typical Mallorcan dish of vegetables and tomato sauce).
Dessert: Brownie with vanilla ice cream.
Drinks: 1/2 bottle of white or red wine, mineral water, glass of cava per person.
Vegetarian Gold Menu
Appetiser: Bread with tomato and cheese.
Starter: Vegetable quiche with crispy parmesan, tomato and mozzarella or Son Amar salad.
Main Course: Tumbet (typical Mallorcan dish of vegetables and tomato sauce) or vegetable lasagna.
Dessert: Brownie with vanilla ice cream.
Drinks: 1/2 bottle of white or red wine, mineral water, glass of cava per person.
Children's Gold Menu
Appetiser: Bread with tomato, Spanish Ham and cheese.
Main Course: Chicken nuggets and French fries.
Desserts: Ice cream Son Amar.

Son Amar Dress Code
We recommend visitors to Son Amar to wear their classiest holiday clothes. The show and venue are elegant and sophisticated and spectators will feel more comfortable if they are too. While the organisers or Son Amar request gentlemen to wear long trousers, guests will not be refused entry if they do not. The Son Amar dress code is not strict but flip flops and beach-wear are frowned upon.
