With this tour, we will jump from Brussels to the capital of the Grand Duchy, Luxembourg, a city whose wall is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A place full of magic, history, and artistic treasures and with the highest GDP per capita in the world. A mandatory visit on your trip to Belgium. But first, we will stop in Dinant, a city not so well known, but very characteristic for its music, History and beer.
Luxembourg
We will explain the history of the city and an introduction to place ourselves to the canals of Luxembourg. We will start discovering the Plaza de las Armas a place full of life founded by a Spaniard in the year 1671. Here we will find typical stately restaurants and cafes of the city.
From there, we head towards the well-known passage of the town hall and enter the Plaza de William II. The largest square in the city and where the Luxembourg City Council. We continue until we reach one of the most charming areas of the city, Notre Dame Cathedral. Built in 1621 and founded by the order of The Jesuits, is a place that deserves to be visited. From here we will walk to the area of Luxembourg's best-known commercial.
We will continue walking towards the Royal Palace, original in the mid-sixteenth century and restored in the eighteenth century.
