Champagne Brunch CruiseIt’s the weekend, and that means it’s time for a relaxing, beautiful brunch. Set off from glorious Newport Beach, where sunlight bounces of the water and soft sea breezes stir the air. We’ll welcome you aboard with a bottomless glass of champagne. Then help yourself to the delicious buffet stocked with classic American breakfast dishes, plus plenty of seasonal lunch entrées and richly decadent desserts. You’ll enjoy relaxing background music and gorgeous views of Newport Beach’s seven islands, luxury yachts, celebrity mansions, and delightful sea life.
Champagne Brunch Cruise Menu
Freshly Baked Cinnamon Rolls, Croissants, Danish Pastries and Muffins, Assorted Mini Bagels with Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese, Sliced and Whole Fruit Display, Variety of Fresh Made Salads, Poached Salmon Platter with Mustard Dill Sauce, Breakfast Potatoes with Sautéed Peppers and Onions, Bacon and Sausage, Cinnamon Swirl French Toast with Sliced Berries, Maple Syrup and Whipped Butter, Scrambled Eggs with Herbs and Cheese, Baked Cheese Blintz with Strawberry Cream, Carved Turkey with Cranberry Sauce, Oven Roasted NY Strip with Horseradish Sauce and Peppercorn Demi-Glaze, Petit Fours, Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Dessert Bars, Cookies, Tarts and Brownies.
The Champagne Brunch Cruise is at midday and is approximately two hours.
Starlight Dinner Cruise
When the sun sets over the ocean off of gorgeous Newport Beach, wouldn’t you like to be on a yacht? Start with a delicious three-course dinner crafted from local, seasonal ingredients. Then head to the outdoor deck for live music and dancing under the sparkling night sky. As we glide around the harbour, you’ll be treated to glittering night-time views of Corona Del Mar Beach and Newport Beach, all the way down to Balboa Peninsula. Listen to the barking of the playful sea lions, and spot the towering yachts and sprawling homes of celebrities and billionaires.
The Starlight Dinner Cruise boards at 7.30pm and it´s approximately three hours.
Starlight Dinner Dance Menu
Includes Starter - Variety of Artisan Flat Breads and Baguettes Served with Garlic Herb Cheese Spread and a Coriander Pesto. Salad - House Caesar Salad with Crisp Romaine Hearts, Grilled Ciabatta Crostini, Cherry Tomatoes, Imported Parmesan Cheese and Radicchio with a Creamy Caesar Dressing. Main Course - Filet Mignon with our Signature Steak Sauce OR Panko-Crusted Mahi-Mahi Finished with a Miso Honey Glaze Accompanied by Special House Potatoes and Fresh Seasonal Vegetables. Dessert - Chef’s Selected Dessert. Due to the seasonality of local fresh ingredients, all menus are subject to change. Children's Meal - Includes Crispy Chicken Tenders served with roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a barbecue dipping sauce (Ages 4-12).
Attire
For brunch cruise, casual attire, such as khaki pants and collared shirts. We request no shorts, tank tops, flip-flops or gym shoes.
For all dinner cruises, business casual to dressy casual attire is recommended. For men, slacks or khaki pants and a collared shirt with or without a jacket; for women slacks or skirt, with a collared shirt, or dress. We request no jeans, shorts, tank tops, flip-flops, or gym shoes on these cruises.

Friday & Saturday Night Dinner: Boarding at 7pm, cruising 7:30pm-10:30pm.
Sunday Night Dinner: Boarding at 5:30pm, cruising 6pm-9pm.
