Experience Boston’s largest recreation area. Thanks to a partnership between the National Park Service, the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation and Boston Harbor Islands Alliance, 34 islands just a short cruise away from Boston make up one of the most breath-taking National and State Park Areas in the U.S.Adventures of all interests, and from all over, can experience these islands as they ebb and flow with time and tides, showcasing their individual histories, natural environments, events and amenities.
Leave the City of Boston behind you as Boston Harbor Cruises takes you on a narrates round-trip ferry ride, in comfort and convenience, to six of the 34 islands that make up this spectacular National Park Area.
Spectacle, Georges and Peddocks Islands are all serviced from Long Wharf in Boston. On a seasonal basis, you can also reach the islands from the South Shore. Lovells and Grape Islands are all part of the inter-island loop. Visit for couple hours, for the day, or even camp out overnight beneath the stars. Each island has its own unique personality, and Boston Harbor Cruises lets you enjoy them all.

30 minutes to travel from Long Wharf North in Boston to Spectacle Island and 45 minutes from Long Wharf North to Georges Island.

Route 2 - Long Wharf Boston Harbor to Spectacle Island: Saturday and Sundays at 11am, 1pm, 3pm

Route 1 - Long Wharf Boston Harbor to Georges Island: Monday - Friday at 10am, 12pm, 2pm and 4pm. Saturday and Sunday, Hourly from 10am – 4pm.
Route 2 - Long Wharf Boston Harbor to Spectacle Island: Daily at 10:30am, 12:30pm, 2:30pm and 4:30pm
Route 3 – Inter Island
Long Wharf Boston Harbor to Peddock Island: Daily at 9am
Spectacle Island to Grape Island: Daily at 12:55pm
Grape Island to Peddock Island: Daily at 1:25pm and 3:40pm
Spectacle Island to Lovells Island: Daily at 2:30pm
Lovells Island to Grape Island: Daily at 3pm
