Travel along in our comfortable coach to visit Tokyo’s popular sightseeing spots on this half-day city tour with driver. Daisuki Tokyo is an orientation tour designed specifically for first time travellers to Tokyo. Within this half day tour, guests will be able to experience Japan’s culture, food cuisine and top attractions in Tokyo city. From this tour, guests have better ideas and information on the attractions, if they like to explore it in more in depth later when they have more time in the city.
This is a comfortable tour which is suitable especially for both elderlies and young children as there is not much walking required. Along the rides, Cherry Tomato coach will pass by many beautiful spots for guests to enjoy the sceneries.
Driver will pick you up from your hotel Tokyo city. Actual pick up time and meeting point will be sent to your hotel's front desk. Tour is specially designed to start from 3.00 pm till 7.00 pm for this afternoon tour as it will be not too late to enjoy the city.
Tour starts from Akihabara Electrical Town famous for its electronics shops which is also Centre of Japan’s otaku (diehard fan) culture, is a place full of anime and manga. Choose to visit Ueno Ameyoko Wet Market (a market street selling clothes, bags, cosmetics, fresh fish, dried food and spices) or Ueno Park (cultural center consists of temples, shrines, museums, zoo, pond and garden). Free and Easy time at either one of the locations with 30 minutes stop. Drive-by Kappabashi Cooking utensils street with specialized stores for dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils, lanterns and more.
Pass through Asakusa to explore the sights of downtown area and view of Sensoji temple with its great paper lantern of Kaminarimon, one of the best sightseeing spot in Tokyo. Free and easy time with 30 minutes stop at Tokyo Skytree Town which consists of Tokyo Skytree (Tokyo’s iconic tower with a height of 634 metres), Tokyo Solamachi (shopping complex) and Sumida Aquarium. Drive through Ryogoku and other attractions en route to the Kokugikan, National Sumo Stadium for short photo stop from outside of Sumo Wrestler House.
Drive-by Toyasu Lalaport Shopping mall (a C-Shaped mall sets on the Tokyo Bay coastline was built on a man-made island) and Rainbow Bridge (a beautiful suspension bridge which connects Tokyo with man-made island of Odaiba).Tour ends at Odaiba Seaside Park. It provides magnificent views of Tokyo and Rainbow bridge. Do not miss out on the miniature replica of the Statue of Liberty and life-sized Gundam robot. Continue to shop or have a dinner at nearby shopping complexes and restaurants (Aqua City Odaiba, DECKS Tokyo Beach, Palette Town and DiverCity Tokyo Plaza).
