Enjoy this combo that includes a 48 hrs ticket for the tourist bus and Tour to Barú Playa Blanca by boat
The adventure begins at the Bodeguita Pier, aboard a speedboat bound for the Rosario Islands archipelago, National Natural Park. For your safety, you must wear life jackets during the tour, which will be supplied when boarding the boat.
On the route to San Martin de Pajarales Island, the boat will take a tour of the internal bay of Cartagena, with the port area on its left and the Bocagrande sector on its right. Passing through the fort of San Sebastián del Pastelillo and then the Virgen de los Marinos (15 meters high statue that is located in the center of the inner bay), the boat will leave the inner bay, passing close to the island of Tierra Bomba and the fort of Bocachica.
The next point of observation will be the chain of islands and islets that are part of the Rosario Islands archipelago: Isla Grande, Rosario Island, Cagua Island, San Martin Island, Majayura Island, and many others will be part of its route. As you approach San Martín de Pajarales Island, you can discover the Rosario Islands Oceanarium, which houses a sample of the marine fauna and flora of the area, and offers its visitors a wonderful experience of interaction with dolphins. If you do not want to go to Oceanario, you can spend your time exploring the seabed by snorkeling. Please note that the entrance to the Oceanarium and the snorkeling experience are not included in the package.
After the visit to San Martin de Pajarales Island, the boat will go to Playa Blanca, where you can enjoy your lunch and then discover the beautiful beach and the Caribbean Sea that bathes you.
Around 3pm the return will begin, also by boat, to the city of Cartagena de Indias.
