Learn about the tradition of Buenos Aires filleting while touring the San Telmo neighborhood. A perfect walk through the authentic Argentine tradition. We will meet at 9:00 in the heart of Buenos Aires. Once there we will embark on this Buenos Aires filleting tour through the San Telmo neighborhood. But do you know what porteño filleting is? We will start the tour with a good Argentine breakfast that will give us strength to tour Buenos Aires.
