Il programma nel dettaglio

Get away from the city and into the great Aussie outdoors! Enjoy our bushland, rainforests, farmlands and coastal beaches in a full day south coast tour. All of this is less than 100 minutes from the city with so much to see and photograph.

Enjoy panoramic views from a clifftop lookout, a walk in a rain-forest with wildlife, walks across secluded beaches and discover aboriginal engravings. This is a small group tour lead by a local guide who is a professional photographer. This unique tour takes you through our dairy countryside, winding, scenic roads through the national park and coastal seaside beaches. It blends beautifully all the contrast of the bush, the farmlands and the coastline of the Australian landscape. We get you away from the city and into our great Aussie outdoors. Take some great photos and create lasting memories of a unique south coast tour.

Our Grand Pacific Drive is part of the 140-kilometre award winning South Coast drive beginning with us meeting you at a Central city location. We head south to the Minnamurra Rainforest and wander the network of elevated walkways through the rare remnant rain-forest that once reached throughout the Illawarra. Feel your senses awakening as you listen to the birds, feel the spray of the waterfalls and spot rain-forest residents – perhaps the superb lyrebird, eastern water dragon or swamp wallaby. After you enjoy a freshly prepared gourmet BBQ lunch we start our return scenic trip via the dairy countryside and stop at the Kiama Blowhole. We cruise past some of the best local beaches in the Illawarra and South Coast region before sweeping over the Sea Cliff Bridge along the Grand Pacific Drive then walk along the Sea Cliff Bridge and listen to the crashing ocean waves below.

Grab some great photos of the breathtaking views or the hang gliders leaping from Bald Hill before we drive onwards through the Royal National Park. Our last walk is across a remote sandy beach to view five aboriginal engravings in the late afternoon sun. Lookout across the ocean as the sun sets and you may just see a pod of dolphins swimming by. Your guide is a local professional photographer who will give you tips and advice to capture images of a memorable day in the Australian countryside.
