Start the day with a scenic drive as you wind you zig-zag your way up the mountain towards El Colorado, whilst taking in some of Chile's most awe-inspiring landscapes.
Located on Colorado Hill, at 3,333 meters (10,935 ft.) AMSL, with a slope of 903 meters (2,962 ft.), this picturesque ski resort receives an abundance of snow, averaging of snow precipitations of 3.5 meters (11 ft. 6 in) in a normal year.
Its winter center (from 2,430 to 3,333 meters high) has 2 interconnected villages, La Parva and Valle Nevado and with 40kms of skiiable terrain, its the biggest and best ski resort in South America! Home to a total of 70 ski slopes divided into 4 categories: Green, blue, red and black.beginners. It's longest slope has 4,3 kilometers and all of them are maintained with mechanics machines. The ski center counts with 18 ski lifts covering a distance of cover a distance of 15.650 meters: 2, two-person chairs, 3, three-person chairs, 12 drag lifts and two special lifts for children!
