Il programma nel dettaglio

There is so much to see and do in Budapest, and with this tour, you will get the best of both worlds. Set off on a guided tour and head towards the first stop of the day, Castle Hill, the district locally known as Varnegyed which is famed for its wonderful mixture of medieval, baroque, and 19th-century architecture. Here you can enjoy breathtaking views over Budapest and the Danube so be sure to bring your camera. It is also the location of the iconic Royal Palace. This magnificent Neo-Baroque structure houses the Hungarian National Gallery and the Budapest History Museum.

Learn more about Hungarian history at the biggest and most spectacular square of Budapest: Heroes’ Square. Constructed in the 19th century to celebrate the 1,000th anniversary of the Magyar conquest of Hungary, its focal point is the incredibly tall Millennium Column. Pass by the elegant Opera House on Andrassy Avenue and be stunned by the immense beauty of the third largest Parliament building in the world.

After all that sightseeing, prepare to unwind and relax the body and mind at one of Budapest’s premier spas. Located in the Gellert Hotel, the Gellert Spa offers the visitor luxurious thermal baths, plunge pools, saunas, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, and a masseuse service. Aside from these, the building itself is to be admired with its colourful ceramic tiles, Roman-style columns, stone lion heads and fantastic Art Nouveau glass roof. Feel free to stay as long as you like and to let the stresses and strains slowly ebb away.
