Il programma nel dettaglio

Depart direct from Paris via the world’s longest undersea tunnel. Taking eight years and £4.650 billion to build, the Channel Tunnel opened in 1994 and now transports thousands of passengers every day. Our hostess will accompany you to the Gare de Nord station, where you’ll catch the morning train to St. Pancras. Sip a cup of coffee and flip through the morning paper as you breeze through the tunnel. Our representative will be waiting to welcome you to England at the other side.

Then you’re free to explore London with your hop on-hop off sightseeing bus pass. Take a tour of Buckingham Palace and catch the pageantry of the Changing of the Guard. Head to the legendary food hall at Harrods where you'll find delicacies from all over the world. Visit the Tate Modern, housed in the former Bankside Power Station, for avant-garde art and stunning views of the Thames. There’s plenty of time for lunch, shopping, or discovering the city.

Later, take a cruise along the river with a commentary on the historic landmarks along the banks, including Big Ben, St Paul’s Cathedral and the London Eye. Or stretch your legs with a guided walking tour. In the evening, relax and reflect on your adventures as the train whizzes you back to Paris.
