Las Tablas is a flamenco “tablao” founded by the dancers Antonia Moya and Marisol Navarro over 10 years ago. They were pioneers by bringing “tablao, a flamenco show” to Madrid and using technical theatrical resources that until that moment were not used such as the lights, the acoustics and the staging, but maintaining the spontaneity and freshness of tablao flamenco.
Great figures of the current flamenco panorama and young artists have performed “Tablao” who bring forward new ideas and this space gives them the freedom for new things to come to light. The setting, the layout of the room, the good technical conditions and the freedom that the artists feel when they are on stage, have made Tablao Flamenco Las Tablas considered one of the best and most important aspects of the of the Madrid community.
