New York is a city known for the famous Central Park, a landmark often represented in film, is located close by, right in the center of Manhattan. In addition, its skyscrapers and observation decks that offer incredible views from various lookout points. You can choose between a morning or an afternoon tour.
During a walking tour of Central Park, you will see the Heckscher Ballfields, Grand Army Plaza, Heckscher Theatre, the Pond, Wollman Rink, the Arsenal, Central Park Zoo (tickets not included), Central Park Dairy, and Friedsam Carousel (ride not included).
This tour also includes admission to Top of the Rock, from which you will also be able to see Central Park. As you head toward the highest point of Top of the Rock, you will learn about the history and architecture of Rockefeller Center. The building has three indoor and outdoor observation decks that offer views of Central Park and the heart of Manhattan. Top of the Rock is considered the best lookout point for its views not only of the park but also of the front of New York’s most iconic building: the Empire State Building.
The morning tour begins with the Top of the rock visit and then Central Park.
The afternoon tour begins with the Central Park tour and then the Top of the Rock visit.
