Next to the Cruise Ship Pier and 200 meters from “Las Canteras” Beach, you will find the great Aquarium Poema del Mar. A modern and ambitious project based on the commitment to innovation, the conservation of biodiversity, and excellence in sustainable tourism development.



Start your tour by submerging in the first zone “The Jungle”, with reproductions of images of landscapes that cover the entire planet, paying homage to the 5 continents. Continue by walking around a huge cylinder with more than 400,000 litres of water, which exhibits a variety of colours of corals and fish. The final part of the tour ends discovering the deep ocean.



Each exhibition not only shows more than 350 species from all over the planet, but some of them will be seen for the first time in an aquarium. A completely thematic designed complex of 12,500 m2. You will not only be shown the species, but they will be seen in their own ecosystems, taking you to each hidden space of the planet so you can have the experience of seeing how they live.



With the largest curved window that has ever been manufactured in the world, a methacrylate of 140 tons of weight, 36 meters long and 7 meters high, Poema del Mar Aquarium gives you a window to the deep ocean.



With more than 2000 species originating from different places in the world; from the continents such as Africa, Asia and Australia. A variety of plants, ferns, trees and palm trees that bring together the beautiful jungle will provide you the magnificent representation of the environment and the space dedicated to the rivers and lagoons along with its marine world.
