Cast off the bowlines and set sail with this luxury tour of New York’s waterways aboard the Clipper City, a majestic topsail schooner. Step back in time on this beautiful replica ship, based on an original lumber-hauling schooner built just before the Civil War. At 158 feet long she accommodates 150 people comfortably, making her the largest passenger sailboat in the States. With her spacious seating, beautiful fittings and attentive crew she makes the perfect vessel to set sail in for a memorable day on the Hudson.



Sit back and relax or help us raise the sails and take a turn at the helm! Order a drink from our full on-deck bar as we set sail, drop canvas, cut the engines and ply the harbour like they did more than a century ago.



From the spacious main deck or the raised quarterdeck, you’ll enjoy unparalleled views of the Statue of Liberty, welcoming the tired and the poor to a new land of promise. Originally a token of international friendship from the French, Lady Liberty quickie became a symbol of the American dream. Pass under the neo-gothic splendour of Brooklyn Bridge and cruise around green Governor's Island. You’re in safe hands as we get up close to the historic monuments of Manhattan and experience the gems of the harbour. 1pm and 3pm - 90 minutes (1:30pm and 3:15pm on Saturday and Sunday)

5:30pm - 60 minutes (until 1st September)
