Tempo Lanzarote an audio visual dance and music performance consisting of a lineup of 9 musicians and 17 artists. It tells the story of Lanzarote from the 15th Century to the present day, including pirate and Berber attacks, and the volcanic eruptions of the 18th Century throughout which locals tried to survive and had to emigrate to other countries.
In the 20th Century, agriculture, fishing and tourism, next to artist Cesar Manrique, created a new Tempo for Lanzarote. Tempo Lanzarote is the touching story of Lanzarote, told through the sensitivity of player and composer Benito Cabrera and the Classical Orchestra of Lanzarote.
