Vallnord Bike Park houses the official circuits of the mountain bike World Cup. Once again the season begins with added features such as the construction of the third bridge over the road to Pal. The circuit corresponds with Route 66 and shall be 25 metres long (including the ramp) and 2 metres wide. We will open The Mini Wood Park located near Planell in the middle of the wooded area which is ideal for children between the ages of six and ten.
The Vallnord Bike park has routes and circuits suitable for all levels and all ages. Whatever you like, you’re sure to find something to suit you in Vallnord Bike Park. Whether you’d rather race downhill and put your technical side to the test or if you are more daring and want to feel a real rush of adrenaline you can attempt the Four Cross where you’ll face arguably the most challenging track within the world of mountain biking.
In Vallnord Bike Park you will feel like a professional cyclist as you’re trying out the official routes of the 2008 and 2009 World Cup that were actually designed by local rider Cédric Gracia. If you are just starting out in mountain biking, Vallnord Bike Park has something for everyone, be sure to check out Wood Park with its various paths, jumps, slopes and drops or if you’re not feeling brave you can try out the beginners areas Verdet or Blue Corpalanca.
The Bike Park pass includes unlimited use of the ‘La Massana gondola’ and the chairlifts 'La Carbonera' and 'Serra II' between 10am and 6.30pm every day. It also includes free use of the chairlift 'El Cubill' which is open on weekends from July until mid-September between 11am and 5.30pm. You can get in to the bike park either by gondola or through Pal.
