Vive Mar is an all-day café, bar and restaurant by the sea combining a magical view with comfort and friendly service. The spacious café is a regular destination for residents and visitors alike while the outdoor landscape design is absolutely stunning.

Vive Mar restaurant offers guests a broad selection of light snacks, carefully prepared dishes and tempting desserts you won’t be able to resist. Open all day, we await you for an unforgettable meal. Delight in meals such as ‘Risotto with mixed wild mushrooms and truffle oil’ or pork fillet ‘saltimbocca alla romana’ with white wine sauce and mashed potatoes.

1st Course: Rocket salad with mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, Crispy prosciutto and vinaigrette

2nd Course: Mushroom Risotto trilogy (Porcini, Portobello, button)

Main Dishes:

Pork "sou vide" with fried potatoes

Or

Salmon teriyaki with red quinoa and vegetables

Dessert: Cheesecake

1st Course: “Pandaisia” Salad with dried tomatoes, parmesan flakes and balsamic vinaigrette

2nd Course: Vittelo Tonato

Main Dishes:

Tenderloin stuffed with halloumi, parmesan sauce and crispy potatoes

Or

Sea bass fillet with tomatoes, capers, olives and aromatic Basmati rice

Dessert: Tiramisu

1st Course: Salad with spinach, sundried tomato, ricotta cheese, pine nuts and honey vinaigrette

2nd Course: Vegetable Risotto

Main Dishes:
Chicken cacciatore with mashed potatoes flavored with truffle

Pork marinated with herbs, Madeira wine, mountain mushrooms and baked potatoes

Dessert: Chocolate pie with ice cream

1st Course: Salad with spinach, sundried tomato, ricotta cheese, pine nuts and honey vinaigrette

2nd Course: Black ravioli in fish broth with salmon, mascarpone cream and Brick

Main Dishes:

Tuna tagliata with rocket and Parmesan

Squid stuffed with celery, pepper and grated halloumi on crushed hazelnut

Dessert: Chocolate pie with ice cream

Welcome drink: Greek ouzo

With the welcome drink: Mini bruschetta’s with an anchovies marinade

Tartlets with fish roe salad

1st course (Platter for 4 persons): Traditional Greek aubergine and Santorin fava with herring

2nd course (Platter for 4 persons): Greek salad with tomato, cucumber, onion, olives, capers & feta

3nd course (Platter for 4 persons): Slow Cooked Octopus with Orzo in Tomato Sauce

Main course:

Sea bass with lemon sauce and quinoa

Or

Pork fillet stuffed with halloumi cheese, sun-dried tomato and Mashed Potato

Dessert: Ekmek kadayıfı with kaimaki ice cream (mastic flavoured)

Open Bar: Mineral water, filter coffee, ½ bottle per person of red or white wine or two beers, 2 soft drinks per person
