In a true Buenos Aires home, located in the emblematic Congress neighbourhood, get to grips with Argentinian recipes led by a knowledgeable cook. From empanadas to dulce de leche, learn how to make typical dishes that you can show your family and friends when you get home.


The class will start with an introduction on the dishes, their origin and a simple explanation on how to prepare them. With the cooking utensils and food all included, all you need to do is turn up and enjoy the class. Learn how to cook empanadas, stew, flan with dulce de leche and Argentinian alfajores (biscuits). After the class, relax with a glass of wine and taste the delicious homemade food. Take away the recipe cards to enjoy a piece of Argentina at home.



Duration: 2 hours.

Start/opening time: Monday to Friday at 6pm, and Saturdays at 10am.
