Il programma nel dettaglio

Take a tour to the trendy side of town and discover a whole new side to Berlin. Get to know Friedrichshain and its residents through an entertaining and informative tour that will also teach you a few dance moves and how to drink like a local!

A trained actress will regale you with tales and stories from real Berliners bringing the history of the area to life. Formerly part of East Berlin and until 2001 it was a freestanding city borough that has now converted into one of the hippest parts of Berlin. The area suffered heavily during World War II; however, it is home to the country´s most ambitious swimming and sports centre during 1961, and the largest cinema in East Germany. Take away a bit of 20th century culture and learn a few dance moves that originated in East Germany to impress your friends and family.

Enjoy an original German homebrewed beer in the charming setting of Berlin’s oldest cinema and find out what a ‘herrengedeck’ is; very popular amongst the locals. Next, hop aboard the M10 tram and take a cultural ride through Berlin like no other. Your guide will point out the trendiest hotspots and hip hangouts in town as you sit back, relax and enjoy the ride with a beer. You’ll even be treated to a souvenir!
