Everyone can enjoy this fun and educational experience, as we cycle at a nice, relaxed pace with plenty of stops at all the must-see sites. The route sticks to quiet streets and avoid the hurly-burly but still manage to cram an impressive number of stops into two hours. Keep fit and cut your carbon emissions while you explore even the tiniest backstreets at twice the speed of a walking tour. Breeze past Hadrian’s Arch, a Roman triumphal gateway, and the colossal columns of the Temple of Olympian Zeus. Cruise through the tiny streets of Plaka and Anafiotika, past colourful antique shops, kitsch flea markets and restaurants serving delicious Greek food.

See the Agora, the marketplace at the heart of the city that once drew merchants from throughout the ancient world. Set your watch at the Tower of the Winds in the Roman Forum, a 2,000-year-old clock tower with beautiful carvings.
