Program

Day 1:
CHIANG MAI (Lunch, Dinner)
Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Lunch in a typical restaurant. Visit of a beautiful orchids farm. We continue towards Wat Doi Suthep, the most revered and famous temple of the North, built on top of a small hill overlooking Chiang Mai. Return to the hotel. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 2:
CHIANG MAI (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Departure from the hotel to visit an elephant training camp to watch a show of these intelligent and majestic animals. At the end of the visit we transfer to a picturesque village, where, among the various ethnic groups, also the Padaung long-necked women live. Return to Chiang Mai Lunch in a typical restaurant. Visit of the center of Chiang Mai in cyclo. We visit Wat Chedi Luang, Wat Phra Sing and Wat Chiang Man. Dinner in kantoke style, with traditional music and dances typical of the North. Return to the hotel.

Day 3:
CHIANG MAI - SUKHOTHAI (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Departure for Sukhothai. Along the way we visit the Wat Phrasrirattanamahathat "Chaliang", an ancient temple dating back to the Khmer era. Continue to Sukhothai. Lunch in a typical restaurant. We reach Sukhothai, the first capital of the reign of Siam in the 13th century, and today an UNESCO World Heritage. Here we visit the most important temples: Wat Srisawai, Wat Mahathat and Wat Sra Sri. Arrival at the hotel. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 4:
SUKHOTHAI – PHITSANULOK – AYUTTHAYA – BANGKOK (Breakfast, Lunch)
Departure for Bangkok. Along the way we visit Wat Phra Si Rattana Mahathat in Phitsanulok, which hosts one of the most revered Buddha's images and the best example of the artistic style of the Sukhothai period. Lunch in a typical restaurant. Transfer to Ayutthaya, the ancient capital of Siam founded in 1350. Arrival at the Archaeological Park, one of the richest in all of Asia. We visit the most important temples: Wat Mahathat, Wat Phrasrisanphet and Wat Mongkolbophit. Next stop is the Bang Pa In Summer Palace, a site used by the Royal Family to escape the summer heat of Bangkok, retiring in a lovely compound made of pleasant gardens, lotus ponds and delicate-looking villas, featuring a blend of Eastern and Western architectural styles. After visiting some residences we proceed to Bangkok. Arrival in Bangkok and transfer to the hotel, airport or bus/train station.
