Program details
This full day tour will bring us to explore the province of Gianyar. Or first destination is the Tegenungan Waterfall at approximately 40 km from Nusa Dua. The falls are reachable with a few minute walk in the nature from where we will park our car. We will continue our tour with a 22km drive towards Gunung Kawi Temple complex, Bali’s most unique archaeological site. The temple complex comprises of many ancient shrine bas-relief carved onto the rock cliff.
We will have lunch at one of the local restaurants in the area. After lunch we will continue our journey for about 45 minutes to reach the Batuan Temple and Traditional House. The one thousand year old temple is located in the artistic Batuan Village. Here local painters live and produce arts, in well preserved traditional houses, of the ancient Balinese architecture.
Our tour will end here and we'll return to the hotel.
