Program details

Enjoy the chance to try out the healing properties of the springs that have attracted visitors since the 1700s. Situated in the area of western Bohemia, Karlovy Vary has a history dating back to the Middle Ages. With a long-established reputation as a spa town, it boasts 12 main springs, 300 smaller ones and the warm-water Tepla River. Legend says that the healing qualities of the springs were first acclaimed by the city’s founder, King Charles IV, in 1370.

For Art Nouveau enthusiasts, don't miss out on visiting Felix Zawojski's house. This Art Nouveau house was built in 1900 by master tailor Zawojski for his fashion salon. The sophisticatedly restored Art Nouveau façade won 1st prize in the "2007 Façade of the Year" competition.

Experience the beauty of Karlovy Vary with our day trip, which includes a traditional lunch with a choice of three meals at a local restaurant.

Stroll through the streets and immerse yourself in the beauty and timeless quality of the city’s colonnades and experience one of the thermal springs for yourself.
