We will show you the best of it, with forgotten spots that even locals don’t know, in just 2.5 amazing hours. You’ll walk away from our tour with a strong understanding of how Atlanta changed the world. Tour the exterior of the beautiful Historic Ebenezer Baptist Church and the notable artifacts in the King Center Visiting Prince Hall Grand Lodge, a hidden treasure in the Civil Rights Movement. Enjoy entertaining and immersive stories of Dr. King and the many Civil Rights leaders in Atlanta. Take in the phenomenal views at the Jackson Street Bridge while interacting with our unique and fun sticker brochure while on your tour giving you an understanding the impact of the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood and the Civil Rights Movement.
As a reminder, this History Tour does NOT include an interior tour of the King Birth Home as that is owned and operated through the National Park Service. To take a King Birth Home tour, go to the King Historic District Visitor Center and ask the ranger for a free scheduled ticket. Our tour ends just a block away from the Birth Home tour, so you could schedule your Birth Home tour about an hour after our History Tour ends.
