Program details
From Hammamatsucho bus terminal embark on a morning full of discoveries. Head to the Tokyo Tower, one of the most famous examples of Japanese architecture and marvel at the spectacular panoramas of the Greater Tokyo area and the Tokyo metropolitan area from the towers observation deck.
Next, journey to the Imperial Palace, a large park area surrounded by moat and massive stone walls and official residence of the imperial family of Japan. In front of the palace there is a large square, called Kokyo Gaien, where you can admire the view of Nijubashi Bridge and the surrounding scenery at this beautiful National Park.
Later, continue towards the Sensoji Temple, one of the most famous Buddhist temples in Tokyo located in the Asakusa neighbourhood. The temple is one of 33 temples in eastern Japan dedicated to the goddess Kannon. Apart from visiting this historic area, you can enjoy time on Nakamise Street, perfect for picking up a souvenir!
Before the tour comes to an end, travel to Akihabara via Ueno, home of the first coffee shop in Tokyo. When you arrive in Akihabara, you have the option to get off the bus and continue the explore the area at your own leisure. If you prefer, you can stay on the bus and see the area from the bus as you make the way back to Tokyo Station, where the tour will come to an end.

As the Royal Family New Years greeting takes place at the Imperial Palace on the 2nd January, we regret to inform you that the tour will not visit the Imperial Palace on that day (the Palace will be viewed from the bus).
