Escape Prague and explore the romantic city of Vienna. Admire the splendid and majestic buildings, palaces, museums, hotels as well as the parks with numerous statues of some of the most important people in history. Meander the streets and pass through the city and gaze upon Europe´s largest river, the mighty Danube River as well as see the principal seat of the government as well as the base of the Habsburg Empire during the 18th century. Journey around the famous Ringstrasse and promenade along this magnificent boulevard, which was built by Franz Joseph I in the 1880s on the site of the demolished city walls.



Visit Schonbrunn Palace, the former summer residence of the imperial family. Wander around the beautiful reservoir, take a tour of the gardens as you discover the beautiful rococo style and the various sculptures that represent various deities and virtues.



Continue with a walking tour around the centre of the city and and Hofburg, the Habsburg's former winter residence. Venture further as you enter the St Stephen's Cathedral and learn about the cathedral’s history from a local guide. Conclude your guided tour with some free time to explore the city at your own leisure, or if you prefer, by dining in a local restaurant or even browsing the shops, before heading back to Prague.
