Departing from Athens, you will see on the way the historic cities of Elefsina and Megara.
We take the coastal road along the Saronic Gulf to the Corinth Canal, which connects the Aegean Sea with the Ionian Sea (short stop).
Our next stop is at Mycenae, in the prehistoric citadel-city, build on top of a hill, between the mountains. The views are spectacular over the vineyards and orange fruit-farms. The visit of the Royal Tombs, and the Treasure of Atreus, is a thrilling experience.
We will stop in the village of Fichti, to admire Mycenean art and the very impressive Mycenean center, work-shop for pottery and art.

It is compulsory to buy tickets online in advance, due to the new regulation that all archaeological sites and museums have a time slot.
