In this package we combine shared arrival transfer as per timetable and Athens Walking tour.

Arriving in a new city can be a stressful experience, but with this transfer from Athens International Airport at Spata to centrally located hotels in downtown Athens, you can wave goodbye to any anxieties. The service runs every 2 hours from early in the morning to the evening, covering transfers to central Athens hotels, and the return trip to the airport. It is cheaper than any other door-to-door mode of transport in the city, such as flagging a cab, and much less hassle than public transport.

Our Walking tour is an informative journey into the routes of historical Athens - Acropolis World Heritage Site, Parthenon, Erection, Propylaia, Nike Temple, Dionysus Sanctuary, Philopappos Hill, Mars Hill, Observatory, Pnyx Hill, Odeon of Herodes Atticus, and Ancient Agora. Step into ancient Greece on this in-depth walking tour of historical central Athens, including the Acropolis World Heritage Site and other key monuments such as Hadrian's Arch, the Temple of Zeus, and the Parthenon. After meeting your guide in the hotel lobby, you will begin by visiting the Greek House of Parliament and the Monument of the Unknown Soldier to watch the changing of the guards. Your tour continues on to the beautiful National Gardens, passing by the Anglican church of St. Paul and on to the beautiful neoclassical Zappeion Hall, in front of which tower the surviving columns of the Temple of Zeus and Hadrian’s Arch. Heading to the famous Plaka district, you will see the portrait of Melina Merkouri before moving on to the beautiful Dionysiou Areopagitou pedestrian walkway. From here, you will begin the mythical climb to the Acropolis, enjoying the spectacular views of the city below.
