Completely reimagined, the Observatory Experience at the Empire State Building offers unmatched views from over 440 meters above Manhattan, and an interactive experience guaranteed to impress! The newly-designed Observatory Entrance kicks off the Journey to the Top with its grand staircase and two-story building model.
Visitors can fully immerse themselves in the Empire State Building’s inspiring history as they make their way through the brand-new series of 12 interactive exhibits on the 2nd floor, which offers guests an inside look at the building’s construction, New York City in the 1930s, and the building’s rise as a symbol of international pop culture – plus, the chance to hop into the hands of the legendary Kong for a killer photo!
The revamped 80th floor is equally impressive, capped by an interactive partnership with NYC & Co that gives visitors the chance to plan a custom itinerary for the rest of their trip to New York City, tailored to their interests and visit duration.
The crown jewel of the Observatory Experience is the 86th-floor Observatory. Offering the only 360-degree outdoor viewing experience in New York City, the 86th floor is as unique as it is breathtaking. There’s never been a better time to visit New York City’s most iconic destination!
