Museum of the City of New York open Tuesday-Sunday from 10am-5pm, Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island daily from 8:30am-3:30pm, Top of the Rock Observatory open from 8am-Midnight, Empire State Observatory open from 8am-2am and Circle Line tour hour cruise January 2nd - March 18th at 10am and 4pm.
