Take as much time as you need to contemplate some of the biggest and most famous masterpieces by artists that paved the way for their generations. And the best part is that you have one year to complete your visits to these world-famous art museums. Head to the Prado Museum and you’ll encounter pieces by none other than Velázquez, Goya, Raphael, El Greco and countless others as you stroll through its opulent rooms.
Your ticket will also be valid for the Reina Sofia Museum, a huge space that houses modern and contemporary art from all over the world. Here you’ll find works by 20th century masters including Picasso, Dalí and Miró as well as a free library specialising in art books, videos and recordings.
And last but not least, you can enter the Thyssen-Bornemisza Collection - one of the most important private collections of paintings from the 20th century. Dürer, Rafael, Titian, Rubens, Rembrandt, Caravaggio, Manet, Renoir, Cézanne, Van Gogh, Gauguin, Kandinsky, Picasso, Hopper and Rothko. This is just part of the impressive list of great names that make up this collection. You’ll be able to access the permanent collection only.
Opening times
Prado Museum: Monday – Saturday 10am to 8pm; Sundays and holidays 10am to 7pm. Closed: 1st January, 1st May and 25th December.
Reina Sofia: April - September 10am to 10pm; October 10am to 7pm; November - March 10am to 6pm; closed Tuesdays; Sundays and holidays – please check the opening times.
Thyssen-Bornemisza (ticket office): Tuesday - Sunday 10am to 6:30pm.

You must present the pass at the Thyssen-Bornemisza ticket office prior to entering the museum. Access to the permanent collection only.
