Our introductory workshop on Spanish cuisine gets started at Plaza de la Marina, where you’ll get to know the ingredients that we use later on when cooking. To do this we visit the Central Market, where you also have the opportunity to taste different types of local food.
Then it’s time to roll up your sleeves and get to work! Be part of the process in creating a delicious and traditional dish like paella. Our expert chef will reveal all the tricks and tips for a great result every time. And so you can replicate the recipe at home, we'll give you a basket with the main ingredients to prepare the dish in your own time. Enjoy learning how Spanish omelette is cooked, the Porra Antequera (a type of gazpacho) and Malaga desserts.
Taste various appetizers while cooking the dish, paella, to share with the other participants at the end of the workshop. Of course, this is all accompanied by a wide selection of the best wines in the city. The workshop is then brought to a sweet end with a tasting of local homemade dessert.
