Program details
The "Wat Phra Thad Doi Suthep" is known to be the most sacred temple in Chiang Mai for keeping the holy relic of the Lord Buddha. Standing at 3,520 feet above the sea level, this temple can be reached by a Funicular Railway or using a Naga (7-headed dragon serpent) staircase built by King Ku Na in 1383. The site promises panoramic views of the city and the surrounding countryside. The day ends with a visit to the nearby Meo Hill Tribe Village.
