In the City of Light one of the most dazzling locations is the Hard Rock Cafe Paris with its glittering collection of rock memorabilia. Dine on the finest American fare while your eyes feast on items such as Jimi Hendrix’s paisley jacket, Frank Zappa’s tweed coat, an embroidered ski suit worn by Elton John during a 1975 photo shoot and a signed Grammer acoustic guitar used by Johnny Cash in the Seventies – and that’s just the start of it.
Like all great revolutions, the Hard Rock Cafe wasn’t meant to succeed. It was 1971 and as the Swinging Sixties had given way to the Super Seventies, fashions and tastes were changing. Two hungry young Americans were in London and couldn’t find a decent place to eat a decent burger… so they opened up a joint in the English capital. Their landlord didn’t think it would last and gave them just a six-month lease. Four decades later, there almost 200 Hard Rock Cafes in more than 50 countries worldwide.
The first T-shirt hit the streets in ‘74 and the first piece of memorabilia came, fittingly, by chance in ‘79 when Eric Clapton asked to hang his Lead II Fender guitar over his favourite bar stool and thus mark as his spot. Today, the rock 'n' roll collection has more than 74,000 pieces and is the largest of its kind. By 1982, the Hard Rock Cafe had gone global and the rest, as they say, is history (that’s still being written)!

Starters
No need to choose, we offer you the best!
Foie gras served on toasted brioche bread with onion marmalade, rosette of smoked salmon, herb cream cheese, spring onions and baby leaf salad dressed with pecan nuts and balsamic vinegar.
Choice of main courses
Rossini burger: 220 gr burger patty topped with seared foie gras and caramelized onions. French fries and homemade sauce.
Grilled Cajun salmon: 225 gr grilled salmon with Cajun seasonings served with a stack of grilled vegetables and pilaf rice.
Filet mignon: 170 gr beef filet mignon cooked to the temperature of your choice served on a bed of watercress salad, with herb butter and accompanied with stack of grilled vegetables and pilaf rice.
Rack of lamb with rosemary and thyme: 300 gr rack of lamb marinated in herbs complemented with a stack of grilled vegetables and house made Yukon mashed potatoes.
Choice of desserts
Tantalize those taste buds with a selection of our classic deserts: an assortment of cheesecake, chocolate brownie smothered in hot chocolate sauce and our world famous apple cobbler with caramel sauce.
