The Empire State Building Observatory is a must on any trip to New York. From the spectacular lobby all the way up to the majestic observatories, this iconic centrepiece of the city’s skyline is a testament to the ingenuity, vision and spirit of New York.


For nearly a century, tourists have been flocking to the main observation deck on the 86th floor of this iconic building, looming 400m over 5th Avenue. From this privileged vantage point you can admire a breathtaking panorama of the rooftops, streets and secret alleys of metropolitan New York.

You cannot say that you really know this great city until you have seen it from the top of the Empire State Building! This visit will let you savour breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views of Manhattan, with birds-eye views over Central Park, Times Square, the Flatiron Building, Brooklyn Bridge, the Chrysler Building, the Statue of Liberty and so much more. Includes admission to the Main Observation Deck on the 86th floor. Admission to Top Observation Deck on the 102nd floor is optional and fee is payable locally. New York Water Taxi - Get to know the world famous New York Habour as you have never known it before. This exciting trip invites you to explore the harbour with a jam-packed and insightful tour on a hop on hop off water taxi.

As you cruise the calm waters you will be able to climb up to the top deck and contemplate the very best sights of the entire New York City as well as the stunning New Jersey skyline.

Throughout the duration of the trip, a charming and knowledgeable guide will narrate the fascinating history that lies behind every important site you drift by, making this trip not only beautiful but also enlightening. What’s more, a cash bar is available on board in order to keep you refreshed all along the way.

The complete ride lasts an hour and a half, but thanks to the water taxi’s hop on hop off nature, you can also opt for exploring the city at your own pace. That means that if you want to wander into a certain part of the city on foot, you just have to climb of at one of the tour’s five piers. Once you are done, wait next to the nearest pier and another taxi will soon glide by to pick you up and continue the tour.

All tickets expire 24 hours after the date of first use. All tickets must be collected and used at least once during the year of the service date listed on the main ticket voucher. All tickets and options are nontransferable and exclude activities/events separately priced.


Empire State Building
Start/opening time: At 8am.
End/closing time: At 2am.
Languages: Multiple languages spoken depending on staffing levels, generally Spanish and Japanese available any time. Audio Guides are available for purchase in French, Italian, German, Portuguese, Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, and Spanish.
Others: Last elevator goes up at 1:15am. Everyone must go through the security check when entering the building. No glass or bottles are permitted to be taken to the Observatory. Only carry-on size and style bags, suitcases, backpacks, duffle bags, luggage, etc., are permitted. There is no coat check, package, baggage check or holding area, so please do not attempt to bring non-carry-on style luggage to the Observatory.


Big Bus
Meeting/pick-up point: To collect your ticket please go the Welcome Center located in BB Kings Blue Bar and Grill: 237 W 42nd street, New York. Open daily from 9am to 5pm.

Duration: Tickets are valid for 48 hours of unlimited rides commencing at time and date voucher is exchanged.
Start/opening time: Buses run at regular intervals from 9am to 5pm daily.
Languages: We have a live guide providing commentary in English on our Uptown and Downtown Loops as well as our Brooklyn Tours. Recorded commentary is also available in the following 10 languages on our Uptown and Downtown Loops: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Mandarin, Korean and Russian.
