Program details
This hike is also called the hike to the waterfall of the Hermit. The tour begins in the urban area of “Santandercito” in the department of Cundinamarca just 30 km from the city of Bogotá by the way leading to the town “mesitas del colegio”. The walk takes place through the village roads, you can see the agricultural farms of the township. After one hour walk we will be in the Nature Reserve of “Peñas Blancas”, it is harboring a special diversity of fauna and flora.
Meeting/pick-up point: Pick up from hotel.
Start/opening time: At 7am.
End/closing time: At 1pm.
Languages: English and Spanish.
Others: This is medium level hike. Participants must be over 7 years old. It is strictly forbidden to participate in this tour under the influence of alcohol or any other drug. M
