You’ll be chauffeured around the outskirts of Florence up to the wonderful Piazzale Michelangelo, where you can get your picture postcard photo of one of the most recognised panoramic views in the world. Pick out the most emblematic landmarks of Florence, including the Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio and the cathedral. Next we continue to Fiesole, which boasts unparalleled views of Florence surrounded by Roman ruins, and then back into the centre of Florence. Look out for the largest historical monument in Florence, the Fortezza da Basso, and the triumphal arch on the Piazza della Libertà in the northernmost point of the historical centre. You’ll also pass by the Renaissance Palazzo Medici Riccardi, Piazza San Marco and many more interesting and picturesque sights which are hard to reach on foot, but still hold both artistic and historic interest.
