Join us for two days of spectacular views, lush rainforest vegetation and glimpses of rare wildlife with this Royal National Coast walk. Put on your walking shoes and head off into the midst of one of Australia’s finest coastal trails to visit unspoilt Marley Beach. See the dunes teeming with bird life and the picturesque Deer Pool. Swim in Wattamolla’s beautiful fresh water lagoon and dine under the stars in the exclusive campsite. Find out for yourself if everything really does taste better in the open air!
Start Day Two with a gourmet breakfast, ready to head off for another day full of wonderful surprises. See the dramatic creeks dropping into the ocean at Otford Curracurrong and the jutting beak -like formation of the unmistakable Eagle Rock. Take time to luxuriate in the views from Garie North Head, some of the finest in the park. Enjoy the delightful fern-fringed paths of Palm Jungle, a rare patch of coastal rainforest dominated by Cabbage Palms.
Drink a toast to your achievement at the journey’s end in Otford. Bid farewell to your fellow walkers who’ve shared an incredible opportunity to experience at first hand the varied and exciting landscape of this Royal National Park.
Meeting point: Sydney CBD at 9am, returning the following day at 5pm.
