Barcelona is a foodie paradise and Catalan cuisine is now considered to be one of the world's greatest and most innovative cooking styles. So why not take advantage of your stay here and learn more about Catalan cookery in this hands on workshop? You'll learn how to cook traditional tapas and then enjoy a paella prepared by a top chef, not just by tasting and watching but by actually taking part in the creation of the meal. This workshop is ideal for all travellers wishing to go deeper into the gastronomic culture of this great city.

The fun starts with a shopping trip to La Boqueria, one of Europe's largest and most famous food markets. As you enter the imposing wrought iron entrance, you'll enter a foodie paradise, thronging with tourists and locals. Your guide and chef will show you around stalls piled high with immaculately presented produce, the massive space echoing with the cries of the stallholders, this market is a true feast for the senses. Here we’ll stock up with all the ingredients we need for making the paella and tapas.
