Come and discover everything you've ever wanted to know about jamon iberico, a unique Spanish gourmet delicacy unparalleled in the world. Enjoy a one hour engaging interactive experience in a state-of-the-art space that culminates with a
tasting of six different kinds of jamon hand-cut by a master slicer and paired with a glass of cava, wine, or beer. A unique experience you'll treasure forever.
After an introduction, you'll enter a
virtual room where you'll see a large model of a pasture with grazing herds of pigs, helping to explain the diversity of Mediterranean forests, an important factor for the production of Iberian jamon. Be entertained as you learn the origins, production process, and various types of jamon. See a model of jamon in your dining environment, referencing it with food of equal quality and prestige worldwide. Gain insight into the different methods of preservation and the various breeds of pigs used.
After an education into how jamon goes from field to curing process to table, you'll view the carving of the highly-visible pork legs of Spain, and onto everyone's favourite part, the tasting. After a lengthy 36 months of darkened curing,
your jamon will become a tasty treasure. Enjoy the diversity in the flavour as you make your way through six unique varieties and paired with a local cava, it's a true Catalan treat.
