Sample three unmissable Parisian institutions all in one day: the astonishing palace at Versailles, the Louvre museum, with its enormous collection of fine art and, in between, French cuisine.



Your tour starts by being picked up at your downtown hotel in Paris by your expert guide, who will take you directly to the Château de Versailles, the former residence of the Sun King, Louis XIV. Discover the Great Royal Apartments, the Hall of Mirrors and the Queen’s Apartment in a one-hour guided tour. Outside you will be free to stroll around the famous gardens and see Marie Antoinette’s Hamlet as well as the Grand and Petit Trianon externally. Then it’s back to the Opera quarter of central Paris for a well-merited lunch and a chance to try authentic French cuisine.



The excursion continues in the afternoon with a guided tour of the Louvre and, in particular, three of its most famous masterpieces: the Venus de Milo, the Winged Victory and, the greatest highlight of them all, the Mona Lisa, painted by Leonardo da Vinci at the beginning of the 16th century. You will then be free to spend a little more time in the Louvre to visit other sections of the largest museum in the world. At both Versailles and the Louvre waiting in queues will be cut to a minimum with special fast-tracked access.
