Explore Phuket from the most spectacular seat as you ride over the mountain and through the forest on the back of your very own Asian elephant. Discover why in Thailand the elephant is so revered and considered both a national symbol and the animal of the Kings as you trek through breathtaking scenery taking in panoramic views of the island. Enjoy the ride as you learn more about these majestic creatures and the efforts of the Siam Safari conservation project to protect them.
Make the steep ascent up the Chalong Highlands to the elephant camp as you are picked up from your hotel in a 4x4 jeep, admiring the views as you climb this island paradise. Upon arrival you will receive information about Siam Safari’s elephant conservation project and learn all about their training methods. Your expert local guide will then begin the elephant trek and lead you on a picturesque tour of the area. You can’t fail to be impressed by the beauty of both your surroundings and the creatures that you ride on and if you are lucky you could catch the incredibly cute baby elephants as they begin their training and play around in their enclosure.
You are sure to forge memories that will last a lifetime on this special journey and there are plenty of great photo opportunites with these friendly creatures.
